says:I have been an active runner for more than 30 years. Half of that time was spent in the UK military, and a key part of my lifestyle since then has been to stay fit - to handle the work requirements in numerous and often more difficult areas.
I met Adam for several sessions of Myotherapy to overcome a hip injury, as my post-operation physiotherapy frankly hadn't achieved much or even been that good. So it became very important for me to overcome this injury, keep active, find a method to work the affected area, as well as build on my now alternative fitness regime.
Adam took time to understand my sporting & fitness history, and for the first time, explained to me which muscles worked the affected region. He also explained the areas to concentrate and work on, through stretching and relevant exercises. Over several sessions, Adam explained and demonstrated the correct way to stretch and train, as well as develop a good exercise routine for me to go away with.
His knowledge and explanations were excellent and put to shame what I had been taught in the past. I would recommend anyone with a fitness or related injury issue to get in touch with him.

I am really impressed with Adam's professionalism. Adam has an in-depth knowledge of physiology and years of experience with weight training but most importantly, he knows how to combine those to create strength-training programs that target specific injuries. He helped me to understand how certain exercises worked to target injuries and how others balance overall strength improvements. Adam is also an excellent Myotherapist. He uses massage therapy to complement the strength-training program. I had immediate results with the combination of weight training and massage therapy.
I have been working with Adam for several months to alleviate knee pain and treat advancing osteoarthritis. Adam designed a strength-training program specifically designed to address my particular health issues. He was careful to adjust the training program as he learned more about me and my capabilities and limitations. That is the great thing about working with Adam, he responds to his clients as individuals.
When I started my training program with Bodytech, the change was evident immediately. Adam worked with me frequently over the first month but instead of building dependency, he coached me so that I was able to train on my own outside of the Bodytech sessions. He was patient and encouraging. I now follow my own training regime with weekly sessions with Adam to review my progress and to make adjustments to my program.

says:I used to be very active when I was younger, as I played professional soccer in the UK. That was from the time I was 16, until around 30. After that though, I did not exercise at all. All my time was devoted to work.
At first my inactivity didn't bother me. But gradually, especially over the last 5 years, I started to feel conscious of not being fit. Also, I found that I was putting on weight very easily. So finally, when my wife started training with Adam, I decided that I didn't want to be left behind while she got fitter. Her commitment to training was a great impetus for me to do something for myself as well - and so I signed up for personalized fitness training with Bodytech.
Having a personal trainer has been a great motivation for me to do my exercise. I feel confident that what I am doing in the gym, I am doing properly. So often, I see people in gyms using bad training technique; I didn't want to be like them. I am really enjoying working with Adam as he clearly knows what he is doing, and he makes it fun as well. I like how he pushes me to improve and progress; it's great.
I feel totally different about myself now. Even though I am training so hard, I feel much more energetic than before. My body shape has also changed, to the degree that I can actually feel it - I am no longer carrying as much weight across my abdomen, and my shoulders and chest feel much firmer. As for my legs, I think they have also definitely become a lot stronger. In fact, I have no doubt that even my feet feel smaller! I must no longer have excess fluid in my system. I am also waking up these days actually feeling good, so the quality of my sleep must have improved.
