HI RUNNERS! Love running but faced with these questions?
You know the usual answers - must get fitter, stronger and run more regularly.
But there is another important reason - YOUR RUNNING FORM.
"You show me someone with bad form, and I'll show you someone who's going to have a lot of injuries and a short career" - Alberto Salazar, World-class long-distance runner & coach
Our RUNTECH™ service has been developed to help you to identify and improve your running form.
RUNTECH™ is suitable for runners of all ages and abilities. Whether you are a recreational runner or a more serious competitor, good running form will take your running to the next level!
Here are some improvements in running form after applying RUNTECH™ recommendations!
"I am flabbergasted by the detail of the RUNTECH analysis. Now I know more about how to really run and improve my posture; I have to look at my shoulder position, swing my arms more naturally, lift my heels higher, and reduce over striding...it is amazing to see all this! It is science and I like science"
"With all the video angles you have shown me, I will be able to visualize myself whenever I am running and watch out for those things you pointed out so that I can improve on them.
People were always telling me in the past about what I was doing wrong when running, but I never knew who to listen to.
RUNTECH really gives me a solid definition of what I am doing wrong and what I am doing right...it feels more professional!"
"Hill sprints used to be the most difficult part of my running workouts. Because of my twice-weekly strength training at BODYTECH, I soon found myself running consistently and easily. By the time I could squat 100kgs, I was finishing my hill sprint repeats with ease!"

"I have been a keen runner for years, but have never actually seen my own running form in detail. This bothered me. I already knew that simply running was not sufficient, as it may only be reinforcing whatever bad habits I have. Sure enough I suffered knee problems, which at one point managed to put me out of action for close to a year.
So it was based on my own experience and the similar things I saw happening to others, that we developed RUNTECH. RUNTECH gives me a clear overall picture of what I am doing right, and what I need to improve upon. It gives me a systematic means for progressing, so that I can continue to enjoy my running while remaining injury-free.
I hope it can do the same for you!"
"Due to my years of experience in martial arts, I know first-hand the body's ability to balance and adjust, in order to achieve very specific movements.
Then, when I was studying for my Master's degree in Sports Science, I chose for my major project to specialize in the kinematic analysis of groundwork parameters in Pole Vault, with the Malaysian national pole vaulters as my test subjects. It really opened my eyes. I could see the possibilities and benefits of detailed movement analysis, when I broke down the complex series of movements that make up the pole vault.
The understanding of movement from martial arts and the scientific knowledge from my Master's degree enables me to analyze running from a well-rounded perspective. I see running form as being individualized, primarily due to muscular strength, imbalance, pre-existing injuries and body awareness. Therefore, the prescription to improve on running performance (whether it is to prevent injury, better timing, greater ease or further distance) should cover those aspects, and I am confident that RUNTECH can help you!"
"If you have a technique or form problem with your running, the highly repetitive nature of the activity will tend to magnify the problem. If left unchecked, this may result in injury to joints and/or ligaments & tendons.
In the course of my work as a Myotherapist, I have treated many runners and am always surprised that even the very fast & fit ones suffer recurrent injuries. I would therefore recommend that all runners pay greater attention to their running form so that they can run more safely and efficiently."
